Method

SHEET / 02 — METHOD

Four stages. Each closed before the next opens.

Every engagement follows the same disciplined sequence. We don’t advance until the output is written down, reviewed, and agreed—so decisions stay legible and delivery stays predictable.

P-01

Scope

Define the problem, constraints, and boundaries in a one-page spec. Clear inputs, clear owners, clear definition of “done.”

P-02

Measure

Baseline reality with evidence: systems, metrics, timelines, risks. Progress later isn’t a feeling—it’s a before/after you can defend.

P-03

Execute

Ship the agreed work in tight cycles. Decisions are documented as they’re made so the trail is clean and the handoff is painless.

P-04

Verify

Test outcomes against the baseline, then package the record: what changed, why it worked, what to watch next, and how to run it without me.

SHEET / 02 — METHOD NOTES

A simple cadence: define, test, decide, ship.

Tech daddy work runs on a tight loop: clarify the problem, map constraints, propose options, then pick the smallest credible move. You get senior attention, short documents, and decisions you can execute this week—not a long engagement that needs defending.

Recommendations stay auditable. Each call is linked to inputs: observed data, explicit assumptions, and tradeoffs. If you disagree, you can change the premise and see what changes—no mystery frameworks, no hand-waving.

Send the brief. Get a scope.

S-01 — FIRST STEP

We start with a short discovery, then deliver a written scope: goals, risks, owners, timeline, and the first milestone.
